商學院 business communication 的課裡通常會有一個作業，就是要練習寫抗議信給廠商，寫抗議信除了明確的說明原委，表達不滿之外，最重要的就是要具體提議廠商該如何補償你，而且這個提議要非常具體而且是在廠商作的到的範圍內才有意義。

517目前缺的就是具體可行的訴求。

我建議，這個訴求可以是「修訂刑事訴訟法」、「廢除集會遊行法」、「制訂兩岸人民監督條例」、或是「劉兆玄下台」。

517到底應該是什麼面貌在綠營中眾說紛紜，甚至有些台派社團決定擺開民進黨自己跑到南部去辦活動，民進黨中央顯然對於517該怎麼辦也傷透腦筋。我覺得民進黨中央應該轉個念頭，想的不應該是517要讓支持民眾去做些什麼；而是黨公職自己想做什麼。

　二月五日，在美國華盛頓特區的聯邦上訴法院，一場半路認阿爸的鬧劇只劃上了分號；信心滿滿，誇口勝卷在握，號稱無國籍的人士，卻又信誓但但地說：萬一法院判決不夠「明確」，決定上訴到美國聯邦最高法院。如此貽笑大方的行動劇，實在令人擔心，如果不及時劃上句點，將對台灣的前途造成何樣無法挽救的後果。（註）........
